Our Services
Design

Bring us your ideas and we’ll transform them into detailed 3D models using SolidWORKS Office Professional. The model will visualize your product and optimize the design for fabrication. We focus on logical joint locations, material efficiency, adequate clearances, and proper fit—ensuring top performance before a single part is cut.
Once finalized, we’ll deliver a complete set of engineering prints with your order.
Laser Cutting

Since 1990, we've been a leader in 2D laser cutting in the Indianapolis area. Our factory-trained operators bring decades of experience working with a wide range of materials—including rubber, ceramic, aluminum, and hastelloy. We maximize our laser capabilities to support diverse applications like low-cost, short-run form and stamp tooling, tab & slot fabrication, and close tolerance fuse welding of stainless and mild steel.
CNC Forming

Precision hydraulic press brake forming is essential when close tolerance & repeatability are demanded. We can handle up to 14' lengths of 1/4" stainless steel, with the capability to form heavier materials in shorter lengths. Equipped with 6-axis back gauges and Auto-Crown, our Cincinnati Auto FORM machines allow for efficient multi-bend part forming in a single setup. Auto-Crown compensates for ram flex, ensuring the form angle is consistent anywhere along the length of the bend. We utilize precision ground tooling to ease setup time, increase repeatability, and to minimize tooling marks. For large-radius bends, we offer bump forming when hard tooling or roll forming isn't available.
Welding

We use proper welding techniques to meet all required specifications. Our team delivers high-quality aesthetics demanded by even the most discerning customers, while ensuring proper fusion. We utilize the following types of welding to meet these standards:
GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc – TIG) – direct current & alternating current.
GMAW (Gas Metal Arc – MIG) – short circuit transfer, spray & pulsed spray.
50KVA Resistance Welding (Spot) of steel / stainless steel up to 1/8” thick.
Our welding department can provide a solution to your every need. Using these noted types or variation allows us to weld all types of materials. Even dissimilar materials can be welded as repair work may dictate.
Our welding department holds many welding certifications, available upon request.
